Christina’s Journey

I have struggled with weight my whole life. I have tried multipe diets, workout plans, and gyms. I have successfully lost 85lbs before having kids, and 60lb after my son was born. NOW, I am almost back to my heaviest, thanks to wonderful comination of baby weight, Covid and lack of self discipline.

While I don’t want to be another cliche, “New Year, New Me”, its more of “I’m tired of this version of me, and ready to fix it”.

Since I have had some wins in the past, I know some things that work for me, but I have done more research, added new practices to combat the lack of discipline that caused me to fail time and time again. Plus this time, I am bringing you all with me. I need accountability and I am doing it in the biggest way I know how! I will be sharing info, tips, struggles and wins along the way. So, please follow me as I work to loose this weight for the third and final time!

Carbs, Fats, Protien

These fuel your body and having the correct balance of these three helps your body run at optimal level.
